  3. Once your home is listed for sale we will continually provide showing feedback from Buyers and Agents which will assist in pricing strategies.
  4.  We  will review all offers for their strength and weakness.
  5.  Once you have a contract on your home, I will personally manage all contingency deadlines to keep the transaction moving ahead smoothly.
  6. Prior to closing I will attend the final walk through of your property, and once the transaction is funded, get all keys to the new Buyer. 
  7. Once the sale is complete, I will always be available to you for any questions or needs that may arise.
